The care plan
Care plan£30 a month
I host it, keep it running and make small updates whenever you need them. It's month to month, so you can stop any time with 30 days' notice.

Your domain
You buy your domain in your own name (usually around £10 to £20 a year), so it's always yours. I'll guide you through it in a few minutes and handle all the setup. Already have one? Just give me access and I'll do the rest.
Need more than 10 pages? No problem. Get in touch and I'll quote for your site.
What I'll need from you
To get your site built quickly, it helps to have these ready:
- Your business name and logo, if you have one
- The services you offer, and prices if you'd like them shown
- The areas you cover and your opening hours
- How customers should contact you (phone, email, WhatsApp)
- Photos you'd like to include, like your work, your team or your van
- Any reviews or testimonials you'd like to include
- Links to your social media or current website
- Access to your domain, or I'll help you buy one in your own name
Don't worry if you don't have everything. I can help write the words, and photos from your phone are fine.

Questions you might have
Does paying monthly cost more?
No, both ways come to the same. Over your first 6 months:
- Pay once: £750 for your build in month 1, then £30 a month for the care plan from month 2: £900 in total.
- Pay monthly: 6 payments of £150, with the care plan included: £900 in total.
From month 7, it's £30 a month either way, or nothing if you'd rather host it yourself.
What does "host it yourself" mean?
If you pay once, I can move your finished site to a hosting provider of your choice, with a simple guide to how it all works. There's nothing more to pay me. Need changes later? I'll quote for each one, so you always know the price first.
Can I switch later?
Yes. If you host it yourself, you can join the care plan any time. If you're on the care plan, you can leave with 30 days' notice and take your site with you, once your build is paid for.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. The care plan runs month to month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
What happens if I want to leave?
That's fine. Your domain is always yours, and I'll hand everything over so your site keeps running. If you're paying monthly and need to stop before your 6th payment, no problem: you can pay the remaining payments and keep your site, or let it come offline.
What counts as a small update?
Things like changing text, adding photos, updating prices or opening hours. You can also send me photos of finished jobs by message or email and I'll add them. For bigger changes, like new features or new kinds of section, I'll quote first, so you always know the price.
What if I need more than 10 pages?
The build covers up to 10 pages. If you need more, that's no problem: get in touch and I'll quote for your site.
Who sorts out the domain?
You buy your domain in your own name (usually around £10 to £20 a year), so it's always yours. I'll guide you through it in a few minutes and handle all the setup. Already have one? Just give me access and I'll do the rest.

If you pay once, it's up to you: add the care plan for £30 a month from launch, or host it yourself and pay me nothing more. If you pay monthly, the care plan is included while you pay, and after your 6th payment you can keep it for £30 a month or take your site elsewhere. Either way, it's your website.
What's in the free demo?
I'll put together a demo of your homepage, so you can see how your site could look before you pay anything. It's on a private preview link, and there's no obligation at all.
